Happy St. Patrick’s Day all! We’re at the Char Happy St. Patrick’s Day all! We’re at the Charles River Farmers Market Association until 6pm tonight. I’m celebrating with some corn beef and cabbage for lunch. Cabbage courtesy of Busa Farm and Markets, here at the market. Doesn’t it look pretty 😍

We have our fish cakes, crab cakes, stuffed clams, and sweet potato cakes. Come give us a try!
Shout out to my fellow vendor, Nallie Pastures for Shout out to my fellow vendor, Nallie Pastures for these awesome pork chops. Just pure pork raised on their land and you can taste it in every juicy, succulent bite. For the prep, I may have sinned and threw some shake ‘n’ bake on them, sue me. Also, made some mashed potatoes and enjoyed a salad with fresh veggies courtesy of Busa Farms. Soooo delicious. 

Thanks for dinner, Steve! Check him out and come see us at the Amesbury Farmers' Market, Sundays from 1-4pm. But be early if you want some eggs. He sells out quick.

Sunday we’re back at the Salem, NH Farmers Market from 10-1pm.
One of my favorite parts about the Amesbury Farmer One of my favorite parts about the Amesbury Farmers' Market is that it’s in the afternoon so I can actually squeeze in a real breakfast. This morning I made one of my favorites. A nice runny yolk egg overtop a crispy fish cake. Warmed these cakes up in the air fryer (400 for 15 mins). Come get some today to try for yourself. We’ll be at BareWolf Brewing from 1-4pm. Conveniently located next to the egg guy 😉
