Crab Cakes

Maryland style crab cakes made with claw and lump crab meat. Comes frozen with 2 in a package. Vacuum sealed.

Stove top:

– Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat
– Cook cake on each side for 3-5 minutes

Oven:

– Oven Temperature: 350 F
– Bake Time: 5-10 minutes (15-20 if still frozen)
